I am a highly experienced professional recruitment and business development trainer and consultant, with over 15 years experience in helping people within the profession learn and grow their sales and business development skills.
I specialise in working with people who are new to a recruitment environment and help them to learn the basic skills on which to build a broader career, as well as with those with solid experience to grow and develop their skills further and then really take off.
Before setting up my own recruitment business West Legal, I spent nearly 12 years of my career at Michael Page International, where I built and ran a network of Regional and London offices as well as leading on training and development programmes in both the Finance and Legal businesses.
